Microsoft Server 2022 is the latest release from Microsoft, with a number of key updates and enhancements from Server 2016.
Promoted as a much more secure server software, this release can either be installed as fresh software onto a new server, or an upgrade to an existing one.

This Dudley based business with 35 staff, some working remotely, needed to update their ageing server and server software.
ICM were chosen to provide the service, based on our experience and references from happy customers.
A detailed plan was created to transfer the data and all of the user accounts, permission and security groups from the old server and onto the new one. A new HP server was purchased and much of the set up work was done in our Halesowen site prior to the changeover day.
The changeover was done over a weekend to reduce any work downtime for the client, and the ICM worked throughout Friday evening and Saturday to install and configure the new hardware and software. Sunday was a testing day, to make sure that everything was fully operation before Monday morning.
Our team were on-site on Monday morning to help the staff with any queries or issues and make sure everyone was comfortable.
This sucessful project gave the client a new server and the most upto date software to keep them running for many years.
