Folowing an initial planning meeting we established that all 15 staff needed access to Teams and so we created user accounts for each person.
We installed the Teams App on each latptop and their mobile phones, so each person has access to their Teams software in the office or remotely.
As we setup the software, we showed each employee how to use it, how to invite people to meetings, how to show and hide the video camera, how to mute and how to add backgrounds.
