Phil Gwinnell is the Managing Director and founder of Intuitive Computer Management. With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Phil has developed a deep understanding of both the technical and commercial challenges that businesses face when managing their technology.

Beginning his career on IT helpdesks before progressing through engineering and technical support roles, Phil built his expertise from the ground up. This hands-on experience provided a strong foundation across all aspects of business IT support, from troubleshooting and infrastructure management through to strategic technology planning.

Having established ICM, Phil has successfully grown the business into a trusted IT support provider serving organisations across the West Midlands. As the company has expanded, his role has evolved from delivering technical support directly to leading the business, developing the team and driving the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Today, Phil focuses on ensuring ICM continues to deliver exceptional service while investing in the development of the team, their technical skills and the solutions offered to clients.
