Mark Jackson is Intuitive Computer Management’s IT Field Engineer, working directly with clients on-site to resolve technical issues, install and configure equipment, and provide practical user training. With almost seven years of experience in the IT support industry, Mark combines strong technical knowledge with an approachable and customer-focused manner.
Before joining ICM, Mark worked at the Hyatt Regency, where he gained valuable experience supporting business-critical technology in a fast-paced environment where reliability and responsiveness were essential. This background has helped him develop a thorough understanding of the importance of keeping systems running smoothly and minimising disruption for users.
Mark regularly visits client sites across the West Midlands, helping businesses with hardware installations, network issues, workstation setups, Microsoft environments and general IT support requirements. He also plays an important role in ensuring users feel confident with the technology they use, delivering clear and practical training where needed.
His hands-on approach, technical expertise and commitment to excellent customer service make Mark a valued member of the ICM team and a trusted point of contact for clients requiring on-site support.
